حمیدرضا چاوشی در سال ۱۳۷۷ در تهران، ایران متولد شد. او مدرک کارشناسی خود را در رشته مهندسی برق و مدرک کارشناسی ارشد خود را در رشته مهندسی برق – کنترل از دانشگاه صنعتی خواجه نصیرالدین طوسی، در سال‌های ۱۴۰۰ و ۱۴۰۳ دریافت کرده است. او در سال ۱۴۰۰ به تیم آزمایشگاه ابزار دقیق پیوسته است. علایق تحقیقاتی فعلی او شامل نظریه سیستم‌های کنترل، سیستم‌های سایبر-فیزیکی، شناسایی سیستم و تشخیص خطا است.
